Bolzano International Guarantee

Bolzano Handbags are made with the highest quality materials and are assembled with care to meet the most superior standards. If for some reason your bag requires repair during its lifetime, please send your bag to our repairs department for evaluation with a $20 processing fee. If it is determined the bag needs repair due to quality problems, we will repair or replace the bag free of charge. If it is determined that the bag needs repair due to mistreatment we will contact you and provide an estimate for repairs or replacement. If the bag requires replacement, we will issue a $20 credit towards your purchase.

How do I care for my Bolzano bag? (Fabric Care Instructions)


Signature Jacquard - Our jacquard fabric is easy to maintain. Simply wipe with a soft damp cloth. For stubborn stains, rub gently with a soft bristled brush (ex. toothbrush) and mild soap.

Fossil Leather - Our fossil leather is water and stain resistant. Wipe with a damp cloth and let dry naturally; never dry with heat. For more severe stains regular dry cleaning methods can be used. Also remember you may apply a leather moisturizer every 3-4 months to help protect against weathering.

Olefin (Weave Fabric) - Our weave fabric is made of stain and water resistant fibers. To clean, simply wipe with a soft damp cloth. For suborn stains, rub gently with a soft bristled brush (ex. toothbrush) and mild soap.

Bolzano Straw - Our straw is designed to be stain resistant. In the case of a stain, wipe with a lukewarm damp cloth and mild detergent in a circular motion. Allow to dry naturally. Do not apply heat.

Patent Leather - To clean patent leather wipe with a wet cloth.

Suede - Brush gently with soft suede brush to remove stains or marks. For stubborn stains use a suede eraser first, and then brush gently with a suede brush.

What are the time estimates to process a refund, exchange or repair?

Please allow a processing time of two to four weeks for refunds and exchanges. Our repair process takes four to six weeks from the time we receive your product before it is shipped back to you.
