Termination of Terms

Returns/Exchanges
The Bolzano customer receives only the finest product and guarantee with every purchase.  Customers have come to trust this guarantee and know that Bolzano will take back any product that does not exceed the quality expectations of our customer.
For items being sent to our returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by UPS and other carriers. If you would like to exchange an unused product simply print out the invoice and include it in the box. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with your instructions and a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip, and send to:
